This park is mainly laid to grass and used for football. The park is also a very well used area for dog walkers and residents and visitors who use the park for sports and leisure.
The edges of the park are comprised of a combination shrub borders and established trees. Within the park are a mixture of young, maturing and mature trees and shrub borders. There are a number of car parks on the grounds, off Kingsley Avenue and The Fairways.
